At Crafiteria - Premium Scented Candles, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

5-Day Return Policy: You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at hello@crafiteria.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided by our team.

Damages and Issues: We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions: Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of your item, please reach out to us.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
